Pamela Jo Hoppe, a lifelong family caretaker and Clarksville resident, died on July 2, 2026 at the age of 82, surrounded by family at her home. Her life and service to those closest to her will be honored at a Celebration of Life scheduled for Thursday, July 9, 2026, at Lone Oak Baptist Church.

The Hoppe family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 a.m., with the service to follow at 11:00 a.m. at Lone Oak Baptist Church. Rev. Will Binkley will officiate.

Family and personal life
Born in Erin, Tennessee, on November 15, 1943, Hoppe found purpose in homemaking and caring for her children and grandchildren. The family noted her love of reading, solving puzzles, traveling and listening to Elvis Presley. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tammy Hoppe; brothers Jim Nichols and Gordon Nichols; and her grandson Blaze Combs.
Those who survive her include her sons Edward Hoppe and Frank Hoppe; daughter Trina Hoppe (Cruz); grandchildren Cassie Guertin (Josh), Aubrey Combs (Blake) and Chance Walk; and brothers Chuck Green (Angie) and Ricky Striclyn (Debbie), along with many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
